Love this place! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach in historic Cocoa Beach. Sherrie and John are the best hosts. It's quaint and comfortable, with a great pool and hot tub. Reminds me of old Florida!

Charming, cozy, and affordable! John and Sherrie were so sweet. Oceanfront access, heated pool, jacuzzi, and laundry facilities made our weekend amazing. It's not fancy, but it's perfect for a relaxing beach trip!
